we didn't like the support act at all and were really disappointed that we couldn't pay cash anywhere. we vonden het voorprogramma helemaal niks en baalde erg dat we nergens contant konden betalen.

besides the birth of my sons, this was really the best night ever!!! WOW!!!! naast de geboorte van mijn zoontjes was dit toch wel echt de allerbeste avond ever!!! WAUW!!!!
Everything was very well organized. There was a positive and friendly atmosphere, everyone was nice. Staff were really friendly. The decor was beautiful, music was clear and our standing spots (golden circle) were AMAZING. I go to every concert of hers and we really do it the best so far! Better than in the Afas like in 2018. Next time I'll come again!!! Alles was héél goed geregeld. Er heerste een positieve en gezellige sfeer, iedereen was aardig. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Decor was prachtig, muziek was helder en onze staanplekken (golden circle) waren GEWELDIG. ik ga naar elk concert van haar en ons dit tot nu toe toch écht de beste! Beter dan in de Afas zoals in 2018. Volgende keer kom ik weer!!!

this was my first concert and I was really excited, but also quite nervous because I didn't know what to expect. luckily everything was really well organized and we were also well helped when we had some questions. the support act was also quite fun. I had never heard of Pale Waves before so it was quite fun to discover a new band. otherwise, Halsey's concert was really cool and now I know how it's to go to concerts, I want to go back to a concert as soon as possible. dit was mijn alle eerste concert en ik was echt heel enthousiast, maar ook best zenuwachtig omdat ik niet wist wat ik moest verwachten. gelukkig was alles echt super goed geregeld en werden we ook goed geholpen toen we wat vragen hadden. het voorprogramma was ook best leuk. ik had nog nooit eerder van Pale Waves gehoord dus het was best wel leuk om weer een nieuwe band te ontdekken. verder was het concert van Halsey echt super gaaf en nu ik weet hoe het is om naar concerten te gaan wil ik zo snel mogelijk weer naar een concert.

I had no problems buying or receiving the tickets at all. Everything was very clear and if I had had any questions, I could have easily contacted customer service. Ik heb totaal geen problemen gehad bij het kopen of ontvangen van de tickets. alles was heel duidelijk en als ik toch vragen had gehad had ik heel gemakkelijk contact kunnen opnemen met de klantenservice.
