General Terms and Conditions of Delivery TopTicketshop
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all offers and agreements concluded through the websites www.topticketshop.nl, www.topticketshop.be, and any other domain names used by Movic B.V. Agreements are entered into with Movic B.V., registered in Utrecht, having its office at Catharijnesingel 56, 3511 GE Utrecht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30243164, VAT number NL819657360B01. - An order shall be deemed final and binding once Topticketshop has confirmed receipt of the order by means of an order confirmation. Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated by Topticketshop.

- The tickets offered by Topticketshop are resold tickets. The price charged is generally higher than the nominal price stated on the ticket and includes all costs, except for service and delivery charges.

- Topticketshop undertakes to dispatch the tickets no later than seven (7) business days prior to the date of the event. However, Topticketshop reserves the right to deliver tickets up until the start of the event. Delivery may take place by registered mail, regular mail, or by e-mail. Delivery costs are always borne by the Buyer. Topticketshop shall inform the Buyer in writing once the tickets have been dispatched. If the courier is unable to deliver the tickets in person, the shipment will be sent to the nearest distribution office where it will be held for a certain period of time. Proof of this will be left at the delivery address. If the Buyer fails to accept, collect, or arrange collection of the tickets, despite having been notified of the dispatch, failure to attend the event shall be at the sole risk of the Buyer. If the Buyer has not received the tickets one (1) week prior to the event, the Buyer must notify Topticketshop no later than four (4) business days prior to the event by sending an e-mail to customerservice@topticketshop.com, so that Topticketshop may still fulfil its delivery obligation.

- Topticketshop shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, incomplete information provided to the resident at the address, or the actions of third parties engaged by Topticketshop. In such cases, tickets are not insured.

- Where an order has been completed, tickets are guaranteed, and the agreement is not honoured (for example, due to postponement or cancellation of the event), or a ticket, through no fault of the Buyer, does not grant access to the event, the Buyer is entitled to terminate the purchase agreement and claim reimbursement of the purchase price including delivery charges. Alternatively, the Buyer may choose to receive compensation in the form of a transferable voucher valid indefinitely, with a value of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the purchase price paid, which can be redeemed for any event available on the Topticketshop website.
- 6.
- The quality categories of tickets indicated by Topticketshop may differ from those used by the event organiser. The Buyer is responsible for familiarising themselves with the organiser’s instructions as well as any changes relating to the event.
- 7.
- Topticketshop informs the Buyer that the organiser’s general terms and conditions may prohibit the resale of tickets. As a result, the organiser may cancel tickets and deny access to the event. In such cases, Topticketshop shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed price including delivery charges. In the event of abuse of this arrangement, no refund shall be provided.

- The Buyer is not entitled to cancel a final order.
