We were late because the tram did not run on time. Upon arrival, I was so quickly unable to find my tickets on my mobile. “Let's take a look at the checkout, they can find it in no time”. But that didn't work because my name wasn't mentioned anywhere on the tickets. In the end, I bought two new tickets on the spot, so I lost twice as much money. Next time, I will order the tickets earlier from the theater itself, where they are listed by name. Wij waren laat doordat de tram niet op tijd reed. Bij aankomst kon ik zo snel mijn tickets niet vinden op mijn mobiel. "Laat maar even kijken bij de kassa, die kunnen het zo vinden". Maar dat lukte niet omdat er nergens bij de tickets mijn naam vermeld stond. Uiteindelijk heb ik ter plekke twee nieuwe tickets gekocht en was dus twee keer zoveel geld kwijt. Een volgende keer zal ik de kaartjes eerder bij het theater zelf bestellen, waar ze wel op naam genoteerd staan.
