Very different music than expected
We came expecting beautiful piano music, but ended up in a completely different genre. Light show and mixing consoles. An unclear program, between the support act and the program, seemed like the afterparty had begun. They left earlier. Shouldn't you have listened to the new CD a little better?

Way too loud
The sound was awful, way too loud. That doesn't make it any better. The description of the concert was also not appropriate, it definitely did not match what was heard. Lights right in our faces, it was really an awful experience. We dropped out prematurely.
