General Terms & Conditions of TopTicketshop

- An order is final after TopTicketshop has confirmed the receipt of the order by means of an order confirmation. Payment is made in one of the ways indicated by TopTicketshop.

- This concerns resale. The price charged is generally higher than the nominal price on the ticket, and includes all costs, except for shipping and service costs.

- TopTicketshop will make every effort to send the tickets no later than seven working days before the start of the event. TopTicketshop is entitled to deliver the tickets up until the start of the event. Delivery and collection will be done by registered mail, regular mail, or email. Shipping is always at the expense of the buyer. TopTicketshop will notify the buyer in writing about the shipment of the tickets. If the courier is unable to deliver the shipment to the buyer in person, it will be sent to the nearest distribution office, where the shipment will be kept for a certain period. A written notice of this will be left by the courier at the delivery address. If the buyer does not accept, collect, or arrange for collection of a ticket and has been informed in advance about the shipment, the non-attendance of the event will be at the buyer’s risk. If the buyer has not received the tickets a week before the event, the buyer must notify TopTicketshop well in advance (at least 4 working days) so that TopTicketshop can still fulfill its delivery obligation. The buyer must then send an email to customerservice@topticketshop.com.

- TopTicketshop is not liable for (consequential) damage if the delivery of the tickets fails due to providing an incorrect address, incomplete notification to the resident of the specified address, or if third parties engaged by TopTicketshop fail to deliver or deliver on time. In such situations, the tickets are not insured.

- If an order is completed, the tickets are guaranteed, and the agreement is not fulfilled (for example, due to postponement or cancellation of an event) or a ticket does not grant access to the event without the fault of the buyer, then the buyer is entitled to cancel the purchase agreement and may claim a refund of the purchase price paid, including shipping costs. In this case, the buyer may also choose compensation in the form of a transferable voucher, valid for an indefinite period, with a value of 110% of the purchase price paid, which can be used for all events on the TopTicketshop website.

- The quality categories indicated by TopTicketshop for tickets do not have to match the categories used by the event organizer. A buyer of a ticket supplied by TopTicketshop is responsible for familiarizing themselves with any instructions from the event organizer and any changes related to the event.
- 7.
- TopTicketshop points out that the event organizer may declare general sales conditions applicable when selling tickets, which prohibit the resale of these tickets. As a result, the organizer may cancel tickets and deny access to the event. In such cases, 100% of the agreed price, including shipping costs, will be reimbursed. In the event of misuse of this provision, no refund will be given.
