The four of us found it very disappointing. Singing was clean, but difficult to understand. So we also found the price very high for this. Wij vonden het met z,n vieren erg tegenvallen.Zang was zuiver,maar slecht te verstaan.We vonden de prijs hiervoor dus ook erg hoog.

We found the music to be too messy, incoherent and too loud. It drowned out. The actors could sing beautifully, but the melody line was monotonous, like almost all songs. The decor was mediocre. We expected a bit more pomp and circumstance, but we mainly looked at a staircase. Normally, you can identify with a character on stage. This time, we did not succeed, because you only got a little bit of background information from various characters. We expected a lot, but were unfortunately disappointed afterwards. This was not due to the players, but it was due to the written piece including the musical event. We vonden de muziek te rommelig, niet samenhangend en te luid. Het overstemde. De toneelspelers konden mooi zingen, maar de melodielijn was eentonig, net als bijna alle nummers. Het decor was matig. We hadden wat meer pracht en praal verwacht, maar keken vooral naar een trap. Normaal kun je je identificeren met een personage op het toneel. Dit keer lukte ons dit niet, omdat je van diverse personages maar een beetje achtergrondinformatie kreeg. We hadden veel verwacht, maar waren helaas teleurgesteld na afloop. Dit lag niet aan de spelers, maar wel aan het geschreven stuk inclusief het muzikale gebeuren.

Too much singing, not enough humor.. some scenes very tedious.. Very nicely sung, super clean. Had gone there with the movie in mind and that's why I found it an incoherent story... I also expected more spectacle. All in all, a 6.5. Te veel zang, te weinig humor..sommige scenes erg langdradig.. Wel erg mooi gezongen, superzuiver. Was er heen gegaan met de film in mijn achterhoofd en daardoor vond ik het een onsamenhangend verhaal ..had ook meer spektakel verwacht. Al met al een 6.5.
