I found out later that I had to pay a lot for good seats. Good lesson for the next time. Goede plaatsen heb er wel flink voor moeten betalen kwam ik later achter. Maarja goede leer voor de volgende keer.

I saw when I printed out the tickets on Saturday that they were not in my name but in a different name and customer number and seats 22 and 24. We had tickets from someone else. This is very bad, though. Ik zag zaterdag town ik de tickets uit printe dat de niet op mijn naam stonden maar op een andere naam en klantnummer en stoelen 22 en 24. We hadden tickets van iemand anders. Dit is wel zeer slecht.

The price is very different from the price on the tickets, it is described but not what it is based on. In addition, my mailbox is now bombarded with emails from various programs, which I find very annoying!!! De prijs is heel anders dan de prijs op de tickets, staat wel omschreven maar niet waarop dit gebaseerd wordt. Daarnaast wordt mijn maailbox nu bestookt met mails van verschillende programma”s, dat vind ik heel vervelend!!!

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
