Silly as I am thought I would have a reasonable seat for that money (30€ more it would have cost in normal sales), but not at the very back of the second balcony. Bij al onze evenementen zijn de prijzen gebaseerd op vraag en aanbod, dus dan kan de verkoopprijs inderdaad hoger liggen bij populaire shows. Als ik het goed zie waren de 1ste rang plaatsen bij dit concert van The Analogues al heel snel uitverkocht en dus kon u bij ons alleen nog 2de rang zitplaatsen kopen. Dit zijn dan inderdaad wel plaatsen verder naar achteren. Ik begrijp uit uw reactie dat u niet goed op de hoogte was van de rangindeling van het betreffende concert. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Event was good but ticketshop should be clearer that it is a reseller. Of course, no return tickets, but just a model for buying tickets and reselling them with a large margin, and then also scandalous high admin costs. Event was goed maar ticketshop moet duidelijker zijn dat het een reseller is. Natuurlijk geen teruggeven kaartjes maar gewoon model om kaarten op te kopen en met flinke marge door te verkopen en dan ook schandelijke hoge admin kosten
