At first, I was scared by quite a few bad reviews, but they were all unjustified. The bad reviews are all about people complaining that they paid more than the amount of their allocated tickets and that they have a different name on them. This is what the Top Tickets clearly stated in the terms and conditions AND also in the confirmation email. So people really don't read properly at all and just complain. This site is a RESELLER so yes, there may be a different name and yes, it may be more expensive because the demand for the event may be higher or the availability may be lower. The communication and conditions were very clear to us and we were assigned our tickets well in time, so we just got good access. Here, too, I occasionally saw bad reviews about the fact that people only get their tickets late, which is logical because this prevents reselling again. The price was super reasonable AND we even received an email the day before the concert with extra important information about the event. Really great! We will definitely buy our concert tickets here more often. Ik was eerst bang door nogal wat slechte reviews, maar deze waren allemaal onterecht. De slechte reviews gaan allemaal over dat mensen klagen dat ze meer betaald hebben dan op het bedrag van hun toegewezen tickets en dat er een andere naam op staat. Dit heeft de Toptickets DUIDELIJK vermeld staan bij de voorwaarden EN ook nog eens in de bevestigingsmail. Mensen lezen dus echt totaal niet goed en klagen maar. Deze site is een DOORVERKOPER dus ja er kan een andere naam staan en ja het kan duurder zijn omdat de vraag van het evenement misschien hoger ligt of de beschikbaarheid lager. De communicatie en voorwaarden waren ons heel goed duidelijk en we kregen ruim op tijd onze tickets toegewezen waarmee we gewoon lekker toegang kregen. Ook hier zag ik af en toe slechte reviews over dat mensen pas laat hun tickets toegewezen krijgen, dit is logisch want dit voorkomt doorverkoop nogmaals. De prijs was super redelijk EN we kregen zelfs nog de dag voor het concert een mail met extra belangrijke informatie over het evenement. Echt top! Wij gaan hier zeker vaker onze concert tickets kopen.

Everything went smoothly as mentioned, also received useful info before the concert. Alles vlot verlopen zoals vermeld, voor het concert ook nog nuttige info ontvangen.
