I was in a completely different place than expected. Many steps, next to the elevator with 2 people with walking difficulties. That should have been different!! Ik zat op een totaal andere plaats dan verwacht. Veel treden, naast de lift met 2 mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Dat had anders gemoeten!!

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. In retrospect, we paid double the price for the tickets. Of the two price offers, taken anyway, only the most expensive because you were likely to be behind a pole, were mentioned. So, as it turned out during the concert, there was no pole in the audience. We felt really fooled and will never buy tickets at top ticket shop again! We also paid shipping costs while the tickets were sent online!!! Worthless. Achteraf gezien, hebben wij de dubbele prijs voor de kaartjes betaald. Van de twee prijsaanbiedingen, toch maar de duurste genomen omdat de kans was dat je achter een paal zou zitten, werd er vermeld. Er stond dus, bleek tijdens het concert, geen paal in de zaal. Wij voelden ons erg in de maling genomen en kopen never kaartjes meer bij top ticketshop! Hebben ook nog verzendkosten betaald terwijl de kaartjes online toegestuurd zijn!!! Waardeloos.
