Stressful!

We experienced stress until we scanned the tickets at the entrance on Sunday evening. On Friday, an email that it would take longer to get the tickets. Logging in failed on Saturday. On Sunday morning, we received 6 tickets instead of 3, I was able to log in after I did receive a friendly email asking about logging in. We had to trust that the other people (who also had those 6 tickets) would only scan 3 of them. In the end, fortunately, we had the promised seats after an entire weekend of stress.
