Tickets already purchased in March, then worth €100 each (4 tickets), even though they appear to be offered everywhere for €80. And the ticket itself, which I had pre-paid for friends, says €67... (Very nice to have to say they have to pay €100...) Tickets al gekocht in maart, toen aan €100stuk (4 tickets), terwijl blijkt dat ze overal voor €80 aangeboden worden. En op het ticket zelf dat ik voor vrienden vooraf betaald had staat dan €67...(Heel sympathiek om dan te moeten zeggen dat ze €100 moeten betalen...)

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Like many others, I feel cheated by paying twice the price. That was absolutely not clear when booking. I have therefore unsubscribed from your emails. Zoals zovelen voel ik mij bedrogen door het dubbel van de prijs te hebben betaald. Dat was absoluut niet duidelijk bij de boeking. Ik heb mij dan ook uitgeschreven van jullie mails.

You gave me a good experience. The price difference between I paid and the amount on the ticket is quite large. Jullie hebben me een goede ervaring geboden. Het prijsverschil tussen in heb betaald en het bedrag op de ticket is flink groot.
