Due to circumstances, I lost my tickets at home. I sent two emails and received a reply with the second one, but no explanation why I couldn't get my own tickets. At the time, I didn't think about that, but I found it strange that they were under a different name. It is therefore very strange to see other people sitting in our seats, for which we had paid €100.00 each. Now we were in much cheaper places and we lost that money. Door omstandigheden was ik mijn tickets thuis kwijt geraakt. Ik heb twee mails gestuurd en kreeg bij de tweede antwoord, maar geen uitleg waarom ik mijn eigen tickets niet kon krijgen. Op dat moment heb ik daar niet bij stil gestaan, vond het wel raar dat ze op een andere naam stonden. Het is dan ook heel raar om andere mensen op onze plaatsen te zien zitten, waar wij € 100,00 per stuk voor hadden betaald. Nu zaten we op veel goedkoper plaatsen en zijn we dat geld kwijt.

Het klopt dat onze tickets soms duurder zijn dan bij het originele punt. Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. We liked that we were still able to see the musical, because it sold out everywhere. We vonden het mooi, dat we de musical toch nog konden zien, omdat hij overal uitverkocht was.
