Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Nice show, but scandalous seats at a far too high price. We had chosen seats on the ground floor because of my fear of heights. But we received tickets in section K at the top of the theater. Due to my eye disease Magula and vertigo, I couldn't see much of the show. It was €57 seats and we paid €190.50 for 2 seats.I also send an email to Radar and the Chasse Theater.This is really not possible. Mooie voorstelling ,maar schandalige plaatsen voor een veel te hoge prijs.Wij hadden plaatsen uitgezocht op de begane grond vanwege mijn hoogtevrees . Maar we kregen plaatsbewijzen toegestuurd in vak K boven in het theater.Door mijn oogziekte Magula en hoogtevrees heb ik weinig van de voorstelling kunnen zien.Het waren plaatsen van €57 en we hebben €190.50 betaald voor 2 plaatsen.Ik stuur ook een mail naar Radar en het Chasse theater.Dit kan echt niet.

Wij hebben de categorie geleverd die u besteld heeft. Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen.
