When ordering, the price of €89 is shown for 2nd Rank Balcony, but note that the price on the ticket may differ. Indeed, this turned out to be the case with €32 per ticket. So paid 4x €32 too much with friends!! We experience this as a scam, especially when compared to other sites, the current price is around €65, including handling costs. Bij bestellen wordt voor 2e Rang Balkon de prijs van € 89 getoond, wel met de opmerking dat de prijs op het ticket kan afwijken. Dit bleek inderdaad zo en wel met € 32 per ticket. Met vrienden dus 4x € 32 teveel betaald!! Dit ervaren wij als oplichting, zeker als bij vergelijking van andere sites de gangbare prijs rond € 65 ligt, inclusief afhandelingskosten.

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt.
