It is time for TopTickets to do something about the far too expensive prices (more than 40 euro on top of the legal ticket price!) or at least clearly stated before the ordering process including the price difference!!! Now that's definitely NOT clear, it won't be until the tickets are delivered!) Her wordt tijd dat TopTickets iets gaat doen aan de veel te dure prijzen (ruim 40 euro bovenop de legale ticketprijs!) of het tenminste vóór het bestelproces duidelijk inclusief het prijsverschil vermeld!!! Nu is dat beslist NIET duidelijk, dat wordt het pas als de kaartjes afgeleverd worden!)

Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt.
