Hi. Not any company that sells event tickets allows you to cancel the tickets. This is because of the fact that there is a date on the ticket. Compare it to food. Food expires so you cant bring it bacjk to the shop. We hope you anyway had a good time at the event. cheers Joost team topticketshop
