    Tickets purchased via rank 1 tickets. Knew they would be more expensive but this was really disproportionate. Very difficult to reach by phone. Waited 1x 53 minutes and then the connection was disconnected. Next day, 24 minutes. People are not listened to and really still have something to learn when it comes to customer experience. Tickets gekocht via rang1tickets. Wist dat ze dan duurder zouden zijn maar dit was echt buiten proportioneel. Telefonisch erg slecht te bereiken. 1x 53 minuten in de wacht en toen werd de verbinding verbroken. Volgende dag 24 minuten. Wordt slecht geluisterd en hebben echt nog wat te leren op het gebied van klantbeleving.
