Although the show was fun, I hate that I bought the tickets from you. I now lost 110 euro while tickets were much cheaper at the Park theater itself... I didn't know this. Ondanks dat de show leuk was baal ik ervan dat ik de kaartjes bij jullie heb gekocht. Ik was nu 110 euro kwijt terwijl bij het Park theater zelf de kaartjes veel goedkoper waren..dit wist ik niet.

Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt.
