Since this was my first experience with TopTicketShop, I expected to have some questions about purchasing my ticket; this was a ticket that was previously ordered by someone else but has come back to the market. However, I was well informed from the start of the process (purchase) to the actual receipt of the ticket (a few days before the concert). Even the fact that this ticket had a different name was well explained. Top organization! Een prima organisatie wat betreft de verkoop van tickets. Aangezien dit mijn eerste ervaring was met TopTicketshop verwachte ik wat vragen te hebben de aanschaf van mijn ticket; dit was namelijk een ticket dat eerder door een ander besteld was maar weer terug gekomen is in de handel. Ik werd echter van het begin van het proces (de aanschaf) tot en met de daadwerkelijke ontvangst van het ticket (enkele dagen voor het concert) uitstekend geïnformeerd. Zelfs het feit dat dat dit ticket voorzien was van een andere naam werd prima uitgelegd. Top organisatie!
