Choosing a seat number when ordering tickets is not possible, only a section/row... and the best seat would automatically be selected for you.. When ordering, I had a choice of 2 rows. Below or above, both completely at the back. Because downstairs is much closer to the stage, I chose this one, but our seats were upstairs, back row all the way in the corner.. not cool.. 1st half of the concert barely saw anything, was really far from the stage. And the sound was bad up there. We went to find the manager during the break and, fortunately, he had arranged it immediately. We got the last 2 free seats at the bottom. Much closer, we were finally able to see her and hear her well. So thanks for the quick solution from the manager of the Antwerp Municipal Theatre???? Een stoelnummer kiezen bij het plaatsen van de bestelling van tickets is niet mogelijk, wel een gedeelte/rij.. en dan zou er automatisch de beste plaats voor je geselecteerd worden.. Ik had bij de bestelling de keus uit 2 rijen. Beneden of boven, beide volledig achteraan. Omdat beneden veel dichterbij het podium is heb ik deze gekozen, maar onze plaatsen waren boven, achterste rij helemaal in het hoekje.. niet tof.. 1ste helft van het concert amper iets gezien, was echt ver van het podium. En het geluid was slecht daar bovenin. In de pauze de manager gaan zoeken en hij had het gelukkig direct geregeld. We kregen de laatste 2 vrije plaatsen onderin. Stuk dichterbij, we konden haar eindelijk zien en goed horen. Dus dank voor de snelle oplossing van de manager van de stadsschouwburg Antwerpen ????

Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen. Het klopt dat onze tickets soms duurder zijn dan bij het originele punt. Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets.
