With the exception of a few small things, an excellent organization. The few small things were: - if you ordered, you don't know when you'll get the tickets. Always useful to know, especially since you are 100% sure of your place.- the accompanying email states a bit unclear whether or not you will get permanent seats. It says that you should check that your seat is on it, if applicable... so if you don't know if there are fixed seats, you should call about it anyway.
