The price-quality ratio is completely out of balance. I received tickets with completely different names and a price that was more than half the price I paid, so-called pre-sale prices. It's just a scam! Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is totaal niet in evenwicht. Ik heb tickets ontvangen met daarop hele andere namen en een prijs die meer dan de helft lager was dan de prijs die ik heb betaald, zogenaamde voorverkoopprijzen. Het is gewoon oplichting!

The price increase is ridiculously high. Bare price increase of 81%, without service costs. In the end, you pay twice. Only found out later that the original tickets are actually much cheaper!! De prijs verhoging is belachelijk hoog. Kale prijsverhoging van 81%, dit nog zonder service kosten. Uiteindelijk het dubbele betaalt. Kwam er later pas achter dat de originele tickets eigenlijk vele malen goedkoper zijn!!

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
