I'm really sorry but the price I had to pay you was too high. While the original ticket price was EUR 39.50 each, it cost me almost double that. Yesterday was my birthday, I was 68 years old. That's why last March, during a TV interview with Francis, I decided on a whim to order two tickets. Going to the theater for the first time in my life and coincidentally on my birthday in Apeldoorn where I live. Did I know you guys are resellers. Naively, I still thought it would be two VIP cards for EURO 150.00. How dumb. Later, I read in reviews that there are more people who are amazed/outraged (?) were about the high prices you charge; and other people's comments: “lived under a rock in recent years?” Anyway, the show was GREAT, and my daughter promised me to have fun together again next time. But I'll buy the tickets elsewhere if you don't mind. Sincerely, Cora Het spijt me werkelijk maar de prijs die ik aan u moest betalen was te hoog. Terwijl de originele ticketprijs EURO 39,50 per stuk was, kostte het mij bijna het dubbele. Gisteren was mijn verjaardag, ik werd 68 jaar. Vandaar dat ik in maart jl. tijdens een tv-interview van Francis in een opwelling besloot om twee kaarten te bestellen. Voor de allereerste keer van mijn leven naar de schouwburg en toevallig op mijn verjaardag in Apeldoorn waar ik woon. Wist ik dat jullie doorverkoper zijn. Naïef dacht ik nog dat het voor EURO 150,00 twee VIP-kaarten zouden zijn. Hoe dom. Later las ik bij recensies dat er meer mensen zijn die verbaasd/verbolgen(?)waren over de hoge prijzen die jullie berekenen; én het commentaar van anderen daarop: “onder een steen geleefd de afgelopen jaren?” Enfin, de voorstelling was TOP, en mijn dochter beloofde me om een volgende keer weer gezellig samen te gaan. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
