Mijn klacht is dat ik bij het boeken dacht dat het concert om 20.00 uur zou beginnen, en kom op tijd stond er op de tickets. Wij komen uit Arnhem dus om 16.00 uur vertrokken, hapje eten in Steenwijk en om 19.00 uur bij theater. Daar kwam de teleurstelling, zaal open 20.00 uur, bleek staanplaatsen maar gelukkig was er een tribune gebouwd. Stond ook niet op de aankondiging op tickets. Toen bleek dat het concert pas om 22.30 uur begon. Heel teleurstellend allemaal. Graag de informatie wat duidelijker, ben eerder naar concert geweest, gewoon in een theater zaal met stoelen en om 20.00 uur beginnen. Maar is dat anders georganiseerd, graag duidelijk maken bij het boeken, we zijn mensen op leeftijd en dat komt door de band en de muziek, dan is het niet leuk dat je uren moet wachten en 3 uur met de auto heen en weer rijden.
