Ticket ordering and receipt went smoothly. Good thing it's by phone, even though we were wary beforehand that it might go wrong. What's really bad is the payment method for food and drinks at Gelredome. First, you stand in line for a long time to buy a pass and then you queue for a long time for food/drink. This card is out of date with sustainability, why add another plastic card... Why not just pay via the phone app. Ticket bestelling en verloop tot ontvangst verliep probleemloos, Goed dat het middels telefoon gaat ondanks dat we van te voren huiverig waren dat het wellicht fout zou gaan. Wat echt slecht is, is de betalingswijze van eten en drinken bij Gelredome. Ten eerste sta je lang in de rij om een pasje te kopen en vervolgens sta je lang in de rij voor het eten/drinken. Dit pasje is niet meer van deze tijd van duurzaamheid, waarom weer een plastic pasje erbij...... Waarom niet gewoon middels telefoonapp betalen.

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
