The great thing is that there are always tickets available for concerts. It may be a little more expensive, but better than standing in the (virtual) queue to buy tickets. Very nice. Het fijne is dat er altijd wel tickets voor concerten beschikbaar zijn. Het mag ietie duurder zijn, maar beter dan in de (virtuele) rij staan om kaartjes te kopen. Heel fijn.

Ordered tickets have been rebooked to very bad seats. Our ordered standing cards could not be delivered and were only placed in the back of the hall for a while. Upgrading was not possible. Bestelde kaarten zijn omgeboekt naar zeer slechte zitplaatsen. Onze bestelde staankaarten konden niet geleverd worden en werden maar even achterin de zaal gezet. Upgraden ging niet.

Wij hebben de categorie geleverd die u besteld heeft. Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen. Het klopt dat onze tickets soms duurder zijn dan bij het originele punt. Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. Ich wusste nicht das mein Ticket vorher jemandem anders Heard hat. Also war ich komplett erstaunt als der falsche Name auf dem Ticket stand. Ich habe verducht den Kundendirnst zu kontacktieren, aber es war keiner da nur ein Computer. Aldo musste ich bis Montag warten, bis ich es novhmal versuchen konnte.
