Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. It's very easy to go to a sold-out concert. Too bad that they immediately make the tickets much more expensive than the original ones. But I knew that before I bought them. Heel makkelijk toch naar een uitverkocht concert kunnen gaan. Wel jammer dat ze de tickets meteen veel duurder maken dan de originele. Maar dat wist ik voordat ik ze kocht.

I think putting more than €20 on top of a ticket is an outrageous amount, so I won't book more tickets via TopTicketShop anytime soon. Ik vind ruim €20,- bovenop op een ticket zetten wel schandalig veel, dus zal niet snel meer kaartje via TopTicketshop boeken.
