I will never order tickets from topticketshop again. I realized how this system works too late. So I paid way too much for my tickets. On a “better” side, I can also always choose my seats.. I already found it strange that it wasn't possible now. But then, I didn't know I was in the wrong shop. I was already glad that the tickets were valid. The seats we had, zone 203, row K No. 14 and 15. I would normally never choose for myself. But yes, we saw the show from the side. Conclusion: I did learn my lesson. I'll be more careful where I order tickets in the future. Ik zal nooit meer bij topticketshop tickets bestellen. Ik had het te laat door hoe dit systeem werkt. Ik heb dus veel te veel betaald voor mijn tickets. Op een "betere"side kan ik ook altijd mijn plaatsen kiezen.. Ik vond het al raar dat het nu niet mogelijk was. Maar ja, toen wist ik nog niet dat ik bij de verkeerde shop zat. Ik was al blij dat de tickets geldig waren. De plaatsen die wij hadden, zone 203, rij K nr 14 en 15. Zou ik normaal gezien zelf nooit kiezen. Maar ja, we hebben de show gezien vanaf de zijkant. Besluit : heb wel mijn lesje geleerd. Zal in t vervolg beter opletten waar ik tickets bestel.

Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen. Het klopt dat onze tickets soms duurder zijn dan bij het originele punt. Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets.
