Well organized and a real party to attend. Plenty of choices to eat and drink. Beforehand, a fun program with DJs to set the mood. Was really fantastic! What a night to remember! Last Friday, my husband, my sister and her husband and I attended the spectacular Ladies of Soul show at the Ziggo Dome. From the first moment, the ladies were able to enchant the audience with their unprecedented energy, impressive voices and a repertoire that evoked both nostalgia and pure revelry. The guest performances were all gems. Sister Sledge brought the roof down with their classics like “We Are Family” — an absolute goosebumps moment! Do moved with her clean voice, while Shirma Rouse and Gwen Dickey (by Rose Royce) revived soul and disco in their purest form. Robin S got everyone dancing with her iconic hit “Show Me Love,” and Giovanca brought sophistication and flair. The surprise of the evening was undoubtedly The Voice of Rose Royce, which paid a warm tribute to the timeless soul music of the past. The show was not only beautifully put together musically, but also visually. The light shows, outfits and choreography provided a full evening experience where everything was right.
