Very good company and yes, paid a lot more money for the tickets, but after frustration with Ticketmaster with pre-sales, I got happy at topticketshop, everything went smoothly and clearly took me a year before I got the tickets but everything was neatly received on the email???????? Heel goed bedrijf en ja veel meer geld betaald voor de kaarten maar na frustratie bij Ticketmaster bij voorverkoop kreeg ik blijdschap bij topticketshop alles ging vlot en duidelijk duurde wel een jaar voordat ik de kaarten kreeg maar alles keurig binnen op de email ????????

Not only the website of TopTicketShop should be available in german or english, but also the e-mails sent containing details for the concert or review. Also the opportunity to receive real tickets via letter mail instead of printouts should be given (we are collecting them). Mail sent to Topticketshop that the allocated seats are not suitable for a concert and that we unfortunately went home from misery. The sound was so terrible, just reverberating from left to right. 180 euro paid per ticket to topticketshop and the tickets said 75 euro! 1 of our seats was also taken. Topticketshop's response: they hide behind terms and conditions and that they can't do anything about it. VERY SAD! Mail gestuurd naar Topticketshop, dat de toegewezen plekken niet geschikt zijn voor een concert en dat we helaas naar huis zijn gegaan van ellende. Het geluid was zo verschrikkelijk slecht alleen maar galmen vN links naar rechts. 180 euro betaald per ticket aan topticketshop en op de tickets stond 75 euro! tevens was 1 van onze plaatsen bezet. reactie Topticketshop: ze verschuilen zich achter algemene voorwaarden en dat hun er niks aan kunnen doen. HEEL TRIEST!

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
