There was nothing wrong with the maps and the service itself. We were neatly sent the cards that also simply provide access to the event (you should expect that too). We also received the concert info so that was great. The cards were indeed quite expensive (you can read this a lot in other reviews). We paid considerably more than the original ticket price. However, you know that when you buy tickets through a reseller. That's just how it works with supply and demand. So you shouldn't complain about that. I would also have liked to receive an email in advance with a message if your reservation is in order/your cards will arrive as usual. It was quite shortly before the concert that I received the tickets. Met de kaarten en de service an sich was niks mis. We kregen netjes de kaarten opgestuurd die ook gewoon toegang tot het evenement verschaffen (dat mag je ook verwachten). We kregen ook nog de concertinfo doorgestuurd dus dat was top. De kaarten waren inderdaad best prijzig (dit lees je veel terug in andere reviews). We betaalden fors meer dan de originele kaartprijs. Echter weet je dat als je kaarten koopt via een reseller. Zo werkt het nou eenmaal met vraag en aanbod. Daar moet je dan ook niet over klagen. Ik had het verder wel prettig gevonden om van te voren even een mail te ontvangen met een boodschap als je reservering is in orde / je kaarten komen er gewoon aan. Het was best kort voor het concert dat ik de kaarten ontving.

Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
