I felt ripped off. I can still understand that, as a middleman, you incur some commission. But calculating more than twice for a ticket and not communicating this transparently is unacceptable. We were in the golden circle. For the HIGH amount, we expected a little better view... We've now had to watch half the show on the screens after all. If we had known this, we would have bought cheaper tickets... and VERY unfortunate that there is no space for the people who smoke. Especially since you can just stand outside. We're going to skip concerts in the Arena in the future. We stonden golden circle. Hadden voor het HOGE bedrag toch iets beter zicht verwacht... Hebben nu alsnog de halve show op de schermen moeten bekijken. Als ee dit hadden geweten hadden we wel goedkopere kaartjes gekocht... en ERG jammer dat er geen ruimte is voor de mensen die roken. Zeker aangezien je gewoon buiten kan staan. Concerten in de Arena, gaan we in de toekomst overslaan.
