I hate that you think I have tickets and the price is already too high and you find out, they have been resold again!! Outrageous that this is still possible! The men's concert was great so that takes “the edge” off but... something really needs to be done about this!! Vind het vreselijk dat je denkt ik heb kaarten en dan blijkt de prijs al aan de hoge kant en dan kom je er achter ze zijn weer doorverkocht!! Schandalig dat dit nog steeds kan! Concert van de mannen was super dus dat haalt “het kantje”eraf maar… hier moet echt wat aangedaan worden!!

Went wrong first, got only 1 ticket instead of two.2 worked out, but too expensive, 30 euro more expensive than via the theater, I heard more complaints about ordering from the theater next time. Ging eerst fout kreeg maar 1 ticket in plaats van twee2 toch goed gekomen maar wel te duur 30 euro duurder dan via het theater daar hoorde ik meer klachten over volgende keer bij het theater bestellen

Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt.
