The tickets arrived on time and were in order. The additional information is helpful. The price compared to the original is on the high side. De kaartjes kwamen op tijd en waren in orde. De aanvullende informatie nuttig. De prijs tov het origineel aan de hoge kant.

Far too much paid for bad tickets where we bought the tickets a year before the event started. We paid more than twice too much for bad seats. If we had ordered from the right site, we had very good seats (1st class). I think it is inconceivable that this company (topticketshop.nl) can legally exist. Veel teveel betaald voor slechte kaarten waarbij we een jaar voordat het evenement startte de kaarten hebben gekocht . We betaalden ruim twee keer teveel voor slechte plaatsen. Als we via de juiste site hadden besteld hadden we zeer goede plaatsen (1e klas)l. Dat dit bedrijf (topticketshop.nl) wettelijk mag bestaan vind ik onvoorstelbaar.

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. I spent €150 for two tickets. When I received the tickets, they appeared to have cost only €35 each and were under a different name. So the Top Ticket Shop earned about 70 or euro on my tickets, just ridiculous! Ik heb voor twee kaartjes €150 uitgegeven, Toen ik de tickets ontving bleken ze slechts €35 per stuk gekost te hebben en stonden ze op een andere naam. Dus de Top Ticket Shop heeft op mijn kaartjes zo’ n 70 of euro verdiend, gewoon belachelijk!
