It's just that we found out later that we had bought over/expensive tickets. Aar didn't spoil the fun. Learn for the next time Alleen kwamen we er later achter dat we door/ dure kaartjes hadden gekocht. Aar mocht de pret niet drukken. Leer voor de volgende keer

I'm not going to order tickets from Toptickets so quickly anymore. There is a different name on the tickets. It is well known that Toptickets is a reseller, but because I did some inquiries at the theater counter, I found out that the people besides us had either paid the higher price, just like us, or that they were the ones whose name was on our tickets, so had resold the tickets. I don't quite understand the system, but I'll try to book directly with the theater in question from now on. Ik ga niet meer zo snel bij Toptickets kaarten bestellen. Er staat een andere naam op de tickets. Het is bekend dat Toptickets een wederverkoper is, maar doordat ik bij de balie in het theater wat informeerde kwam ik erachter dat de mensen naast ons óf ook de hogere prijs hadden betaald, net als wij, óf dat zij diegene waren waarvan de naam op onze tickets stond, dus de kaarten hadden doorverkocht. Ik snap het systeem niet helemaal, maar probeer voortaan rechtsstreeks bij het betreffende theater te boeken.

De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. Wij hopen dat u ondanks alles toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. The price I paid for 4 tickets is exorbitant compared to the price charged by the theater. When booking, it is indicated that there are costs associated with the booking; I think it is acceptable. But €20 per ticket is really ridiculous to me! So never order tickets via Topticketshop again. I had telephone contact with Topticketshop about this incident: a very unfriendly and short conversation. De prijs die ik betaald heb voor 4 tickets is exorbitant hoog in vergelijk met de prijs die het theater vraagt. Bij de boeking wordt wel aangegeven dat er kosten zijn verbonden aan de boeking; vind ik acceptabel. Maar €20 per ticket vind ik echt belachelijk veel! Ga dan ook nooit meer tickets via Topticketshop bestellen. Heb over dit voorval telefonisch contact met Topticketshop gehad: een zeer onvriendelijk en kortaf gesprek.

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
