Sometimes moving, often a little bland
Two elderly men playing a story within a story. One person is acting (Ederveen), the other is probably mostly himself and recites lyrics rather than actually taking on someone else's shoes. Ederveen is majestic and at the same time moving as soon as he puts on a dress. The metamorphosis is breathtakingly beautiful and Ederveen at its best. (I lay in the ditch and four men went over me) Jack Wouterse is on stage as an obese 60+ and every move seems to cost him effort. This makes for a sleep-inducing spectacle, which is further enhanced by the adolescent SiSi scene. So I literally fell asleep during the performance. Unfortunately.

Incredibly funny show!
Arjan Ederveen is really brilliant! He glides very smoothly and naturally (and therefore often unnoticed) from one role to another, whether this is a male or female role. He plays so relaxed and incredibly well! Jack Wouterse also plays really well, but is of a different caliber. Because of his lethargic look, which really seems to belong to him naturally, the roles seem to have been created around him more than vice versa. All in all, had a lovely evening, enjoyed the good game and also laughed a lot!
