Unpleasantly surprised by a different name on our tickets and the realization that we had paid 50 euro more per ticket... You are a resale address. I didn't realize that and I therefore feel a bit chewed out. Tickets were expensive. We really wanted to experience the Christmas concert. Very much enjoyed but until we were inside we were unsure whether we would come in... Onaangenaam verrast door een andere naam op onze tickets en het besef 50 euro per kaartje meer betaald te hebben... Jullie zijn een doorverkoop adres. Dat had ik me niet gerealiseerd en ik voel me dan ook wat bekocht. Kaartjes waren duur. Wilden het kerstconcert heel graag een keer meemaken. Erg genoten maar totdat we binnen waren in onzekerheid gezeten of we wel binnen zouden komen....
