Well arranged, but the hostess was “hard to reach” during the show. I had to walk myself for her attention. While the instructional video clearly states not to walk yourself. Actually, she belongs in the top row, then has an overview of the stands. Goed geregeld, alleen was de gastvrouw tijdens de show slecht " bereikbaar". Ik moest toch zelf gaan lopen voor haar aandacht. Terwijl in de instructiefilm duidelijk wordt aangegeven om niet zelf te gaan lopen . Eigenlijk hoort zij op de bovenste rij, heeft dan overzicht over de tribune.

Confusing Verwarrend

You only get the tickets 10 days before the start, we're not used to this. Contact only by email, difficult. Je krijgt de tickets pas 10 dagen voor aanvang dit zijn we niet gewend. Contact alleen via de mail, lastig.

The event was good... We only came by public transport (Barneveld station) and by bus to the event hall. It turned out that there were no more buses running after 9.30 p.m. We called RRR stop taxi (on time). They DID NOT want to transport us, because it didn't pay enough for them!!!! Taxi called. It would be there at 10:45 p.m. Here, too, it went wrong. The taxi did not arrive and was also unavailable by phone!! And then: the 3 women aged 74.75 and 84 were walking to Barneveld in the hope of catching the train to Nijmegen!! Try to arrange something in the form of shuttle buses near the station and event hall. Taxi presence? Customer friendliness? Het evenement was goed... Alleen kwamen wij met het OV ( station Barneveld en met de bus naar de evenementenhal. Het bleek dat er na 21.30 uur geen bussen meer reden. Wij RRR halte taxi ( op tijd ) gebeld. Zij wilden ons NIET vervoeren, omdat dat te weinig opbracht voor hun !!!! Taxi gebeld. Die zou er om 22.45 uur zijn. Ook hier ging het fout. De taxi kwam niet en was ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar!! En toen: wij 3 vrouwen 74,75 en 84 jaar lopend naar Barneveld in de hoop de trein naar Nijmegen te kunnen halen !! Probeer toch iets te regelen in de vorm van pendelbusjes vv station en evenementen hal. Taxi aanwezigheid? Klantvriendelijkheid ?
