If you order from Topticketshop.nl, you can track the status of your order by logging in with your email address and the order number you receive when ordering. You can then see if your payment has been processed by us and whether the tickets have already been shipped.

Important

Generally, your tickets will be sent to you by email 10 days before the event. From that moment on, the tickets will also be available for you on your personal login page on our website. Some tickets are only released by the organization later, so it can sometimes take until shortly before the event before you receive your tickets.
You will always receive an email as soon as your tickets are shipped so that you can take this into account.
Please note that it is your responsibility to be properly informed about the correct date and start times of concerts and events.
